About Me

My photo
Well I suppose I am or at least used to be like everybody else, sort of. Used to do the thing that society wants us to, The Rat Race. For years I dreamt about exotic locations after watching the travel channel, thinking that some day I would love to go their or do that. Until the beginning of this year (5 Jan 2010), it was not planned or a new year’s resolution, it just happened. I cancelled all my TV subscriptions and pulled out all cables, literally threw them away. After this I drove down to a local scuba centre and signed up for my first scuba course. Let us fast forward to today, I have quite my job sold my vehicle. What now? TRAVEL BABY, SCUBA TRAVEL!!!

It is Christmas eve...

We all got a chance to go diving today, just the way we like it. 1st I was support for Graham and then took out a DSD candidate while Pedro took another for a dive.

Come on Graham she is a married woman.

Are my eyes deceiving me is that really Graham in a wetsuit and dive gear? Yes it is he is back in the water, I think I might have to give him a tune up…

Here is Pedro with my DSD from Switzerland and his French customer before the dive.

Happy is the way we like our customers, if they are not happy there is always Photoshop. :)

Christmas Eve dinner at Darna Hotel, this was the nicest fish I have eaten since I arrived in Aqaba.

Here is Abed the owner of Darna with Graham and Pedro. I have to apologize for calling him Mahdi before; I was told that this was his name.

I will follow this up with a full story on Darna Village.
Check them out for yourselves at www.darnavillage.com
