About Me

My photo
Well I suppose I am or at least used to be like everybody else, sort of. Used to do the thing that society wants us to, The Rat Race. For years I dreamt about exotic locations after watching the travel channel, thinking that some day I would love to go their or do that. Until the beginning of this year (5 Jan 2010), it was not planned or a new year’s resolution, it just happened. I cancelled all my TV subscriptions and pulled out all cables, literally threw them away. After this I drove down to a local scuba centre and signed up for my first scuba course. Let us fast forward to today, I have quite my job sold my vehicle. What now? TRAVEL BABY, SCUBA TRAVEL!!!

Slow season my a.. and it is cold...

20 Dec '10

Slow season, are you kidding me it is more like dead season. Luckily 1 backpacker from the USA walked in and wanted to do 2 dives. We got the kit ready and headed out as this is what we do best.

Steven at the Cedar Pride and sticking to 18m as that is his certification limit.

Steven is ok at the safety stop, 3min at 5m, yes we all know that.

What is Pedro saying, did he come out with 10Bar, surly that is not good. Well I think he was saying something else which is not good either. This can not be good for international relations.

Steven Waggoner is from Provo, Utah, USA and grew up in Boise, Idaho. It is land locked states and elevated between 3000 and 4000FT, this means no oceans close by. This has to be tough for a diver. We welcome you with open arms Steven. Steven is an art student and already has a website to show of some of his work, www.stevenwaggoner.com check it out, I have.

Huh, what is this and what must I do with it. You don’t need a mask to go under water it just makes it more comfortable.

Steven and I getting ready to go under, he enjoyed the 1 on 1 diving experience. Today was his 1st wreck and his 1st reef; this means the cold did not bother him at all.

This is the cold front; it is really cold here I am glad I brought a thick jacket.

And that’s all folks, washed the gear and an early night.
